Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. Your account is for your own preparation use and should not be shared, resold or used to bypass access limits. Dheer IAS may restrict access where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, security risk or unlawful activity.
Educational services
Dheer IAS provides preparation tools including practice questions, evaluation, planning, progress tracking and mentorship. Feedback and mentorship are educational guidance; they do not guarantee a particular examination score, rank, selection or outcome.
Student submissions
You are responsible for ensuring that material you upload or submit is lawful and that you have the right to use it. Do not upload malicious files, confidential material belonging to another person without authority, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Platform content
Dheer IAS content, branding, original explanations, platform design and educational material may not be copied, republished, sold or redistributed at scale without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Official public-domain material and third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, upgrades or circumstances outside our control. Features and educational workflows may evolve as the platform improves.
Paid services
Where a paid plan or session is offered, the price, included entitlement, validity and any additional purchase-specific conditions shown at the time of purchase form part of these terms. Payments are one-time purchases processed securely by Razorpay; plans do not renew automatically. Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
